DOP Sicilian Tarocco Blood Orange
“Volcanic soil and cold winter nights give these oranges their ruby pigment.”
Hand-sliced and simmered slow with raw sugar until translucent and fragrant.
Origin — Catania Plains, Mount Etna, Sicily
Harvested in peak winter from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, Sicilian Tarocco blood oranges offer intense ruby color and floral acidity. We simmer whole oranges into a dark marmalade and swirl it into 70% Modica dark chocolate.

Every batch of Blood Orange & Dark Chocolate relies on small-scale agricultural partners who practice regenerative farming.
