These terms govern the use of Sola Gelateria's website, retail counters across Italy, and wholesale supply services.
1. Seasonal Counter & Availability
Sola gelatos and sorbettos are crafted daily in small batches using seasonal farm ingredients. Flavors are subject to daily availability and seasonal harvest windows. We reserve the right to modify flavor offerings without prior notice.
2. Wholesale & Franchising Inquiries
Inquiries submitted via our Partnership desk do not constitute a binding wholesale contract or franchise agreement until formal written contracts are executed between both parties and approved by Sola Gelateria headquarters in Florence.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, recipes, typography, logos, photography, and brand identity elements featured on this website are the sole property of Sola Gelateria S.r.l. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, with exclusive jurisdiction held by the courts of Florence (Firenze), Italy.
