DOP Monte Amiata Chestnuts
“Hand-picked in chestnut groves over 500 years old.”
Slow-roasted over chestnut wood fires and granite stone-milled.
Origin — Monte Amiata, Tuscany
IGP chestnuts harvested in the ancient forests of Monte Amiata are roasted over wood embers to develop deep smoky sweetness. We grind them into a velvety paste and fold with raw Chianti wildflower honey and sweet Cervia sea salt.

Every batch of Roasted Chestnut & Wild Honey relies on small-scale agricultural partners who practice regenerative farming.
